As for feedback for any future tours you run to Toronto, then I wouldn't fault the hotel, it has everything a tour group needs, the location is excellent and it was really usful having the imperial bar right across the road so we could use it as a meeting point. We also found the hotel in Niagara to be an excellent location, and nice to have a pool also.
