Hong Kong Sevens and Beijing 2 Centre Tour:
Hong Kong - a great starting point to "get up to speed" on what Mainland China has to offer. There are 2 ways to reach Beijing from Hong Kong; firstly the Overnight Sleeper Train, a great way to view the wonderful countryside as you travel along. To maximise your time in Beijing then going by air is obviously the quickest option. Beijing - the capital of China and the centre of it's politics, the economy and it's culture. It boasts world renowned landmarks such as The Great Wall, The Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace and Tiananmen Square. It is a combination of traditional and modern. If you only have time to visit one place in China then it has to be Beijing - you will not be disappointed.
Proposed Itinerary
The following itinerary is only meant as a guide and what we consider the minimum number of nights required to give you the best possible balance of seeing as much as possible in the time away. However, as we are organising this tour using or 'Tailor Made Service', then your tour can be as long or short as you wish or you can even add a 3rd destination within your itinerary. 4 Nights Hong Kong & 4 nights Beijing basic tour can include:
Day 1 - Depart UK on your overnight flight direct to Hong Kong.
Day 2 - Arrive Hong Kong and the start of your 4 nights' stay. (Day/evening at leisure).
Day 3 - 1st Day of the Hong Kong Sevens. (Evening at leisure).
Day 4 - 2nd Day of the Hong Kong Sevens. (Evening at leisure).
Day 5 - 3rd Day of the Hong Kong Sevens. (Evening at leisure).
Day 6 - Depart Hong Kong by air to Beijing. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel via a tour of the Olympic Park.
Day 7 - Visit Summer Palace, (Lunch), Forbidden City, Tian'anman Square and Acrobatic Show.
Day 8 - Visit Temple of Heaven, enjoy a Peking Duck Lunch, Hutong with a Rickshaw tour and Wanfujing Street.
Day 9 - Ming Tombs, Changling, Sacred Way, (Lunch), Great Wall, then attend The Legend of Kung Fu Show.
Day 10 - Today you will depart Beijing arriving in the UK the next day.
